Our CEO, President and Co-Founder, Marshall Clayton, is an Army Service-Connected Disabled Veteran, who has a strong background in business management and leadership, and information technology management.  Mr. Clayton acquired his strong business management and leadership skills while owning an income tax business that he later converted into an H&R Block franchise, of which he was the franchisee and general manager of three office locations.  Mr. Clayton received H&R Block’s “Top Ten Conversion Franchisee Award” for top revenue growth, and tax return volume his first tax season as a franchise owner.  Mr. Clayton gained his extensive knowledge in information technology management while he was employed with the federal government as a Computer Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager, and Contracting Officer’s Representative. Mr. Clayton received various awards for successful implementation of several federal government computer systems.  Mr. Clayton holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management.  He is also a Certified ScrumMaster.
